As a Flexible Driver at Fed Ex, you'll be responsible for delivering packages while providing exceptional customer service. A high school diploma and a Class 5/G driver's license are essential to qualify for this role, along with an openness to varying shift hours based on business needs. Previous experience in a customer-focused role is advantageous but not mandatory, offering a great entry point for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver packages along assigned routes
• Prepare and load vehicles accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction during delivery
• Offer solution-oriented service pre and post-delivery
• Keep your schedule organized to meet delivery goals
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid full Class 5/G driver’s license
• In Quebec, fluency in French and English
• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Preferred experience in customer service
