Enhance customer satisfaction as a Vehicle Delivery Specialist with Clutch in New Westminster. Deliver vehicles directly to customers while ensuring a smooth, informative experience every time.
In this role, you will assist customers during drop-offs and accurately complete necessary paperwork. Driving a flatbed truck to deliver vehicles to customers' doors will also be part of your responsibilities, along with loading, unloading, and inspecting the hauler for safety. Expect to engage with customers excited about their purchases, ensuring they receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with vehicle drop-offs efficiently

• Complete customer paperwork and track interactions

• Drive a single-car hauler for deliveries to homes

• Load and unload vehicles with attention to detail

• Maintain a clean driving record and prioritize safety
Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience

• Passion for automotive knowledge and vehicles

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
