Riada is seeking a dependable Parts & Logistics Coordinator in Burnaby, BC, to enhance parts flow and service operations. Leverage your organizational skills to ensure timely parts delivery and efficient warehouse management.
This full-time position is essential for ensuring effective inventory coordination and logistics support. You’ll work closely with manufacturers and service technicians, managing orders, shipments, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams. Your detail-oriented approach will enhance our customer service and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track parts orders with precision
• Organize shipping logistics and freight details
• Maintain an efficient and well-organized warehouse
• Provide support for parts inquiries from service teams
• Keep accurate records of transactions and documentation
Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
