Become a crucial part of our logistics team as a Railway Customer Service Clerk. Ensure optimal customer service and streamline operations while interacting with various stakeholders daily.
This role focuses on managing customer inquiries, assisting with forecasting and delivery plans, and ensuring compliance with shipping protocols. You will also facilitate rail movements and utilize planning tools to support operational efficiency across our railway network. Exceptional customer service skills are required for maintaining positive relationships and resolving any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate efficient rail movements to customer facilities
• Prepare freight documents and comply with regulations
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on shipments
• Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries
• Analyze KPIs and promote continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or Transportation
• Customer service experience in transportation
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and Business Suite
