Provide exceptional delivery service as a Car Delivery Specialist with Clutch in New Westminster. This role combines customer interaction, vehicle delivery, and teamwork to ensure a great experience for buyers. Join Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, as you facilitate seamless delivery experiences for customers in New Westminster. You will assist with drop-offs, manage customer paperwork, and drive a car hauler after training.
Your role emphasizes safe driving, vehicle inspection, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-offs for a great experience
- Complete customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Drive a single-car hauler to deliver vehicles to customers
- Load and unload vehicles while ensuring safety and care
- Support team members with various tasks as needed
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
- Automotive knowledge and passion for vehicles
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
