Deliver exceptional service as a Car Delivery Specialist with Clutch in New Westminster. Engage with customers, manage vehicle deliveries, and ensure satisfaction at every turn.

As Clutch's Car Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing seamless delivery experiences.

Your role includes assisting with vehicle drop-offs, managing customer paperwork, and driving a single-car hauler after training. Strong emphasis will be on safe driving, vehicle inspection, and teamwork in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers during vehicle drop-offs for smooth deliveries

• Accurately complete essential customer paperwork

• Drive a single-car hauler for vehicle deliveries

• Load and unload vehicles carefully to ensure safety

• Support team members with a variety of tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is mandatory

• 2+ years experience in customer service

• Strong automotive knowledge and passion for cars

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
