Position: Join BWRS as a Rail Conductor

As a Rail Conductor, you will work collaboratively with the Operations team to manage railcar movements safely and efficiently. You will play a vital role in fostering a safe workplace culture while engaging with customers and railway partners. Responsibilities include operating track switches and handling railcar couplings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage railcar movements safely with the Operations crew

• Communicate professionally with all stakeholders

• Observe and adhere to railroad safety regulations

• Engage in coupling and uncoupling rail procedures

• Apply hand brakes on idle railcars securely

Requirements:

• Completed grade 12 diploma or GED

• Previous Conductor experience required

• Clean Class 5 BC driver’s license mandatory

• Must be in good physical condition

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
