As a Conductor, you will work closely with an Operations crew to safely move railcars during switching and yard operations.
Your role involves proactively communicating with team members and clients, demonstrating a commitment to service and reliability. Observing railroad rules and regulations is essential to ensure safety and accountability at all times.

• Safely switch and move railcars during operations
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
