Class 3 Driver

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Class 3 Truck Driver‑Union to join our Transportation team.

• Operate and maintain company CDL vehicles safely and efficiently, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
• Collaborate with the operations team and customers to deliver a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
• Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.

• Minimum age of 21 with a valid Class 3 Driver's License and a consistently good driving record; successfully meet the background check requirement.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Physical ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds), carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders, and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.

• Competitive compensation at $31.61/hour.
