Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers with their vehicle drop-off experiences

• Manage and complete required documentation

• Drive a specialized car hauler for direct delivery

• Load and unload customer vehicles from the hauler

• Ensure the hauler is mechanically sound

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
