In this essential role, Canada Post is looking for a Superintendent to oversee vehicle maintenance programs at their facilities. You'll play a key role in supervising maintenance staff, analyzing KPIs, implementing safety policies, and optimizing vehicle availability. Successful candidates should demonstrate effective administration of maintenance budgets and staff assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Canada Post’s vehicle maintenance strategy
• Supervise day-to-day automotive facility operations
• Gather and report on maintenance KPIs
• Promote safety practices and handle investigations
• Manage workload and spare parts inventory
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management
• Strong understanding of fleet vehicle regulations
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Valid permanent driver’s license and safe driving record
