Position: TRAXX Coach lines Dispatcher Role
Become a Dispatcher at TRAXX Coach lines in Burnaby, BC, and manage the logistics for motor coach operations. Deliver safe and memorable experiences for clients touring Western Canada.

As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in overseeing transportation schedules, coordinating with Trip Supporters, and ensuring that all operations comply with safety guidelines. You will utilize your leadership and communication skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing ongoing support to motor coach operators and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily scheduling of motor coach trips

• Keep accurate records of vehicle locations and driver duties

• Support drivers with trip inquiries and information

• Collaborate to resolve operational transportation issues

• Maintain documentation for inspections and transportation activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of dispatch experience in the transport sector

• Knowledgeable in transportation regulations and safety

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Familiarity with Western Canada regions

• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays
