First Line Supervisor in Logistics

Airswift is seeking a Logistics First Line Supervisor for a 1-year contract in Calgary, AB. This role involves managing logistics in aviation, marine, and ground transport settings.

With a minimum of 7 years in the logistics field, you will supervise operations, coordinate contractors, and ensure the safety and efficiency of logistics services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will help you work effectively across diverse teams while applying your logistics and supply chain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics operations at designated facilities

• Serve as onsite representative for logistics contracts

• Perform audits on logistics and contractor performance

• Provide essential transportation and hoisting services

• Maintain sling register as part of logistics functions

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in logistics

• Oil & Gas or related industry experience

• Knowledge of ERP systems necessary

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
