Position: Dispatcher Level 1 at TransX
Location: New Westminster

Join TransX as a Dispatcher Level 1, focused on driver performance and operational excellence. This role ensures effective communication and system management for optimal service delivery.

At TransX, you will report directly to the Dispatch Manager. Your key responsibilities include live system management, driver performance oversight, and facilitating communications between drivers and the operations team. The focus is on achieving utilization targets while supporting our drivers in maintaining a professional safety record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage live data for driver schedules and service alerts

• Oversee driver performance and time off management

• Communicate essential information between drivers and operations

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

• Facilitate customs clearance for cross-border shipments

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field

• Experience in logistics or supply chain is an asset

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in using computer systems

• Knowledge of trucking industry regulations
