Enhance operational success as a Level 1 Dispatcher with TransX, the leading Canadian logistics provider. This role focuses on driver performance and real-time system management every weekend.

TransX is looking for a Level 1 Dispatcher responsible for supporting drivers in meeting operational targets while ensuring a robust safety record. You’ll oversee driver performance, facilitate communications, and manage logistics effectively. This position plays a vital role in upholding a positive driver experience and supporting our mission to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage live system updates for drivers and orders

• Ensure timely dispatch and confirmation of all loads

• Oversee driver utilization and time-off management

• Facilitate clear communication between drivers and operations teams

• Document any necessary service disruptions and alerts

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education preferred

• Experience in logistics or supply chain management

• Strong multitasking and analytical skills

• Knowledge of trucking regulations and compliance

• Ability to resolve issues proactively
