At TransX, the Level 1 Dispatcher reports to the Dispatch Manager. This role involves updating driver schedules, coordinating load dispatches, and managing performance metrics. You’ll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while meeting service excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure live updates for driver schedules and load assignments

• Monitor driver utilization rates and compliance

• Communicate operational needs effectively to drivers

• Manage safety and performance documentation

• Address service alerts and disruptions promptly

Requirements:

• Preferred background in logistics or supply chain

• Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
