ABC Recycling Ltd. is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily shipment operations from our Burnaby facility. This role involves coordinating domestic and international shipments and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipments from Burnaby facility domestically and internationally
• Schedule containers, transportation, and drayage services
• Prepare necessary export documentation and maintain contracts
• Track shipments and manage accounts receivable processes
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years’ customer service experience in logistics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Understanding of INCOTERMS and freight forwarding
