The Dispatcher collaborates closely with the Dispatch Manager, focusing on optimizing driver performance and maintaining safety protocols. You'll handle real-time system updates, expedite cross-border shipments, and communicate critical information between teams. Your contributions are vital to keeping our fleet running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update live system for driver schedules and ETAs

• Confirm and dispatch all load assignments efficiently

• Oversee safety compliance and documentation processes

• Ensure timely communication of pertinent information

• Manage service disruptions and alert procedures

Requirements:

• Preferred post-secondary education

• Experience in logistics/supply chain is an advantage

• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

• Analytical mindset to resolve issues accurately

• Knowledge of industry rules and regulations
