As a Parts Driver at Open Road Volkswagen, you will be integral to the Parts Department. This role requires strong customer relations and efficient delivery operations. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, managing deliveries, and maintaining the parts truck's professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet parts customers and vendors courteously
• Deliver parts promptly according to department schedules
• Offer advice on parts during deliveries
• Coordinate with the Parts Manager and Counter Associate
• Document and report customer complaints to the Parts Manager
Requirements:
• Valid British Columbia driver’s license with a clean record
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Strong customer relation skills
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
