As a Casual Courier, you will provide package pickup and delivery on an assigned route. You will check shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service and handle related customer service functions. The position requires driving readiness and physical package handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver packages courteously on assigned routes
Check each shipment for service-feature conformance
Support customers through related service functions
Manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid driver’s license and qualifying driving record
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages
Bring customer service, driving, and package-handling abilities to Federal Express Canada’s flexible Casual Courier schedule.
