The role

We are adding a Warehouse Associate to our team in British Columbia. This posting is for an existing vacancy. You will drive warehouse efficiency and process improvement and collaborate with colleagues in all departments. This role will specifically help manage inventory, ensuring we have the correct information in our database, and that we have accurate levels of stock on hand or on order.

As a Warehouse Associate (Inventory Control), you will play a key role in ensuring continued flow of business through the location. This is a full-time position, working a regular Monday to Friday schedule alongside a strong team of Sales Reps, Service Technicians, and Administrators.

  • How you will spend your days:

  • Inventory Management. You will use Navision to track inventory movement. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels for key equipment, parts, and materials. You will coordinate with vendors to ensure stock levels remain consistent and orders are picked correctly.
  • Cycle Counts. Weekly and annual counts are done to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. You will work with Finance and Management to ensure that our inventory records are counted correctly.
  • Order Processing. You will liaise with the Service and Sales Coordinators to ensure accuracy of order details and ensure items are staged correctly for delivery.
  • Process Mobility Devices and Equipment. You will act as the gatekeeper for all our inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and packing as items enter or exit the dock. You will store, organize, and manage our inventory. You will tag, price, store and organize all mobility devices, parts and tools within the warehouse. This may require assisting to build or clean mobility devices such as wheelchairs, elevating equipment and power scooters.
