Position: Warehouse Operations Supervisor Opportunity
Lead inventory and logistics as the Warehouse Operations Supervisor in the beverage industry. Oversee staff coordination and ensure compliance with safety standards for efficient daily operations.

This role focuses on managing a warehouse team involved in the distribution of bubble tea ingredients across multiple locations. You will enhance operational efficiency by monitoring inventory levels, conducting safety training, and directly addressing any logistical challenges. Your leadership will be crucial for operational success and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and supervise warehouse staff activities daily

• Monitor inventory for quality control and compliance

• Coordinate logistics for receipt and distribution of goods

• Train team on safety procedures and operational protocols

• Tackle operational challenges and streamline processes

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience required

• Completion of relevant post-secondary degree is an asset

• Competent in basic math and able to lift up to 25 kg

• Effective communication and teamwork skills required
