Warehouse Associate

Cardinal Health, with over 1,400 employees in Canada, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

We are looking for a positive and team-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Burnaby Distribution Centre for a 6‑month contract. Join our Operations team to make an impact by receiving and stocking medical products as well as fulfilling orders while servicing clients in the Health Care industry.

: 6‑month contract

Working hours
:
Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 3:15 pm

• Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations
• Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received
• Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided
• Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling
• Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies
• Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

• High School diploma, preferred
• Comfortable with lifting 10 lbs – 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience (Sit‑Down Counter Balance or Reach)
• Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred
• Enjoy a fast‑paced environment and being active while working
• Attention to detail while producing work with high accuracy
• Work in a team environment where strong communication skills and quality control are crucial

• In‑house training on safety measures, warehouse tasks and equipment
