Overview
Lead warehouse operations with 18 WHEELS LOGISTICS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP in Burnaby, BC. As a Warehouse Distribution Supervisor, you’ll oversee staff, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality standards. This full time permanent position requires 2 to 3 years of experience and completion at the warehouse location, with no work from home option available.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational plans for efficiency
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities
- Train staff on operational policies and procedures
- Conduct performance assessments for team members
- Maintain inventory supplies and quality standards
- High school graduation certificate
- 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in inventory control software and MS Office
- Criminal record check completion
- Ability to handle physical demands (up to 50 lbs)
