Position: Order Picker & Material Handler Role
Become an Order Picker and Material Handling Equipment Operator at The Hillman Group. This position focuses on accurately pulling products for shipping using RF scanners and MHE.

You will be responsible for utilizing RF scanners to pull stock and operate bulk product handling equipment while maintaining accuracy and safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Pull stock for customer orders using RF scanner

• Operate Material Handling Equipment for bulk products

• Assemble orders accurately and efficiently

• Conduct stock checks to minimize errors

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Secondary diploma or equivalent experience

• 2-5 years' experience in a distribution center

• Forklift certification;
Order Picker preferred

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
