Order Picker in Cooler​/Freezer Operations

Join our team as an Order Picker specializing in Cooler and Freezer operations. This critical role involves fulfilling customer orders, operating machinery, and ensuring accurate picking and palletizing.

Based in a dynamic logistics environment, you will work full-time in cold storage as you pick products using scanners. Your efforts will directly impact shipping accuracy and efficiency, so attention to detail is essential. Knowledge of warehouse operations and strong physical endurance are required for a successful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products based on pick lists using scanners

• Palletize items to guarantee stability and security

• Familiarize with warehouse layout and location codes

• Meet standards for accuracy and productivity

• Adhere to safety and food safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Experience working in cold temperatures and warehouse picking

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work at heights

• Attention to detail and focus on accuracy

• Self-directed with strong reading comprehension

• Machine operation training will be provided
