Join our team as an Order Picker working in Cold Storage, focused on fulfilling orders in our Cooler and Freezer sections. This full-time role offers you the chance to work overtime as needed.

In this essential position, you will efficiently pick, palletize, and prepare orders for shipping while adhering to strict safety and food protocols. With a high level of physical activity required, previous experience in warehouses and cold environments will be beneficial. You will learn necessary procedures and the proper use of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick orders from individual lists using scanners

• Securely place and balance products on pallets

• Understand warehouse layout and access codes

• Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity

• Follow all safety standards in operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cold temperature settings

• High physical capability to lift and stand for long hours

• Strong focus on detail and accuracy

• Ability to work autonomously and independently

• Familiarity with food safety guidelines (training provided)
