As Director of Distribution located in Burnaby, BC, you will manage the overall operations of our three distribution centers. This key position requires overseeing productivity goals, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience and a strong focus on maximizing efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse operations, including material handling and order processing

• Develop and train warehouse supervisory teams for superior service

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a positive work environment

• Manage inventory accuracy and slotting for efficient picking

• Analyze Key Performance Indicators for continuous enhancement

Requirements:

• University/College degree; CITT or P.Log is an asset

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting

• Competent with Microsoft Office and WMS technologies

• Proven track record of leading process changes

• Excellent communication abilities and focus on safety
