Lead operations as a Warehouse Supervisor for McDonald's distribution center, focusing on team management and safety in a high-volume environment. Oversight includes manpower planning and daily dispatch operations.

In this role, you will supervise the warehouse and transportation operations with a strong emphasis on safety. You’ll be responsible for optimizing equipment usage, scheduling, and monitoring compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Your leadership will guide the team to exceed safety and service targets while maintaining high morale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily manpower requirements for optimal efficiency

• Conduct shift meetings addressing safety and operations

• Assign work duties to ensure safety and productivity

• Manage compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement

• Oversee quality control and driver performance audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• 3-5 years in high-volume, food service distribution

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience

• Proficiency in MS Office and routing software

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
