Lead daily operations as a Warehouse Supervisor at Oxygen8, focusing on safety, team management, and efficiency. Drive inventory accuracy and motivate your team to meet operational goals.

Oxygen8 is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a material handling team of 12 to 16 employees. This position reports directly to the Logistics Manager and requires leadership in daily activities, training, and resource allocation. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong skills in workflow management and systems accuracy while fostering a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate warehouse team daily

• Conduct training and performance evaluations

• Manage resource allocation for inbound/outbound tasks

• Oversee material flow and accurate picking

• Track performance metrics aligned with company OKRs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in warehousing

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred

• Valid Forklift Operator Certification required

• Excellent time-management and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
