Oxygen8 is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will oversee a material handling team while ensuring adherence to safety and organization standards. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll be responsible for driving daily operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere among your team members. This role requires strategic problem-solving and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise warehouse employees daily

• Conduct training and track performance evaluations

• Ensure efficient resource allocation and workflow

• Monitor material flow and compliance with 5S

• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a supervisory role

• Preferred Bachelor's in Logistics or related fields

• Certification for forklift operation is essential

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift 50lbs with ease
