Distribution – BC responsible for managing our three Purity Life Distribution Centres in British Columbia. Office location is in Burnaby BC. Your high energy and drive will create a work environment focused on success and continuous process improvement.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse operations including receiving, material handling, order picking and shipping.
  • Lead and develop warehouse supervisory team to deliver awesome customer service.
  • Manage daily plan to meet customer expectations and internal productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and positive warehouse environment.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained.
  • Continuous profiling and slotting of over 10,000 skus for optimum picking efficiencies.
  • Maintains high inventory accuracy and ensure cycle count program is completed.
  • Report on quarterly objectives and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop LEAN culture.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators on daily basis.
  • Identify and lead process improvement team.
  • Assist SVP of Operations with budgeting activities.
  • Collaborate with management team to enhance the growth of our business.
Qualifications
  • University/College degree, CITT or P.Log is an asset.
  • 5+ years supervisory or management experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Working knowledge of an WMS including RF scanners and voice picking (Infios Edge WMS)
  • Proven history of successfully leading growth/change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Health and Safety focus
  • Work well under pressure and has a very high will to win
Compensation

Salary Range: $105,000 to 125,000 based on knowledge, skills, and experience

with potential for an annual performance-based bonus
