Lead safe, reliable warehouse operations at Martin Brower across a 24-7, multi-temp distribution center supporting regional restaurants. Drive inventory control and continuous improvement.
The Warehouse Manager leads warehouse supervisors, inventory control teams, and employees while achieving safety, service, and finance goals. Responsibilities include operations monitoring, employee leadership, financial reporting, and facility oversight. Success requires strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead warehouse and inventory control operations
Investigate accidents, incidents, injuries, and near misses
Develop schedules, training programs, and safety measures
Monitor operational goals and weekly KPI reporting
Manage expenditures, reports, payroll, equipment, and facilities
Requirements:
University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience
Three to five years’ progressive warehouse management experience
Inventory control management and leadership experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and accurate reporting ability
