Lead warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety at a 24-7 multi-temp distribution center supporting restaurants within a designated region.
The Warehouse Manager leads supervisors, inventory control staff, and warehouse employees. This role drives safe, reliable, timely execution while achieving service and financial goals. Responsibilities include continuous improvement, operational scheduling, reporting, employee management, and facility oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead warehouse operations within a 24-7 multi-temp environment
Investigate incidents and implement preventative safety measures
Develop schedules, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor operational goals, costs, payroll, and financial reports
Oversee equipment, facilities, sanitation, and food safety compliance
Requirements:
University degree or college diploma in logistics, or equivalent experience
Three to five years progressive warehouse management experience
Inventory control management and strong relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and accurate reporting capability
