Assistant Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales teams globally to launch innovative products and drive portfolio growth.
• Lead and support the end‑to‑end New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring timely, high‑quality launches on time, on budget and on quality.
• Track and report sales performance, identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including phase‑in and phase‑out activities.
• Coordinate communications for product launches, promotions and lifecycle changes.
• Conduct market research and engage with end‑users to uncover new opportunities.
• Create engaging training materials and product information for regional teams.
• Build strong relationships across supply chain, finance and commercial teams to support the global Stanley strategy.
• Maintain product roadmaps and support inventory optimisation.

• Recent graduate with a degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Some experience in product management, marketing or project coordination is preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business‑intelligence tools.
• Passion for product development.
• Holds a full, clean UK driving licence.
