What you’ll be doing

Are you a highly organised professional who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems and making a real difference to residents and communities? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a busy Tenancy Audit Programme, helping to ensure homes, records and follow‑up actions are managed effectively, professionally and with care.

As Tenancy Audit Co‑ordinator, you will be at the heart of the Housing Management service, providing the essential coordination, business support and performance information that helps the team deliver an efficient, compliant and customer‑focused service. From scheduling around 200 tenancy audit appointments each month to maintaining accurate records and tracking important actions, your work will help make sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

About

you

You’ll bring strong administrative or business support experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to organise a busy workload with confidence. You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office, maintaining accurate databases and communicating clearly with a wide range of people. Experience in social housing, local government or housing management systems would be a bonus, but your ability to learn quickly, work well in a team and deliver a professional customer‑focused service is important.

  • 26 days’ annual leave, rising to 30 days after 2 years and 33 days after 5 years’ service.
  • The Local Government Pension Scheme
  • Wellbeing initiatives and employee networks that help us celebrate and promote equality.
