Our client is a leading Smart Buildings specialist delivering Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Converged Network Solutions (CNS) across some of London's most prestigious construction projects.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of major projects from pre-construction through to handover. You'll lead the delivery of BMS, EMS and network infrastructure packages directly, while overseeing specialist subcontractors delivering Fire, CCTV, Access Control, AV and Lighting systems.
This is a high-profile role offering significant project ownership, client engagement and long-term career development within a growing and highly respected business.
Candidates should have a proven track record delivering complex construction, building technology, BMS, Smart Buildings or ELV projects, with strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities include design coordination, programme management, procurement, resource planning, cost control, change management, subcontractor management, client liaison, health & safety and successful project delivery on high-value developments across London.
