An experienced and driven Senior Branch Manager is required to lead a successful residential sales office in Slough. This role would suit an ambitious property professional with strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Salary: £68,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading, motivating and developing the branch team
  • Driving residential property sales and business growth

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager or similar estate agency role
  • Proven track record of winning instructions and generating business
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, ambitious and self-motivated approach
  • Good local market knowledge would be advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence essential
