Global Healthcare Professional Marketing Manager; Maternity Cover

Job Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the global HCP marketing strategy across priority brands, enabling consistent and compliant local activation
• Develop insight-led, best-in‑class HCP toolkits in close collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, Brand and Content teams
• Act as a global centre of excellence for HCP marketing, elevating capabilities and standards across markets
• Collect and translate market insights, performance data and best practices into continuous optimisation of global programmes
• Serve as the key point of contact for local markets, ensuring smooth rollout, strong adoption and impactful execution
• Balance global consistency with local relevance in a regulated healthcare environment

• Proven marketing experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharma or similarly fast‑moving environments
• Experience in global or regional roles within a matrix organisation
• Exposure to Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of regulated environments and cross‑functional collaboration with Medical and Regulatory teams
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and markets
• Structured, hands‑on and execution‑focused, with strong project management skills
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a high‑growth, performance‑driven setting
