Up to £32,000 + tronc | Straight shifts | 45 hours | 5 days per week

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard
• Run a designated section of the kitchen efficiently
• Work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs on menu creation and service execution
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all dishes
• Assist in stock management and ordering
• Maintain hygiene, health and safety standards at all times
• Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu development
