What

you will do
  • Begin your journey with one week of training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, including purpose-built facilities and industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Engage in day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Contribute to market properties to potential home owners, arrange and conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping, and other channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor; a full UK Driving Licence is required (manual or automatic)

Spicerhaart is a forces-friendly company offering many estate agency roles to those considering leaving the forces.

Compensation and working hours
  • £30,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm on four weekdays per week, and 9:00am to 5:00pm every Saturday
