- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
- Generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
- Focus on driving sales and branch success
- Support and develop client relationships
- Contribute to achieving branch targets
Skills & Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
- Attention to detail
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport/birth certificate, national insurance, drivers licence check)
