• Complete on-target earnings exceeding £30,000 per year

• Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
• Generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

• Focus on driving sales and branch success
• Support and develop client relationships
• Contribute to achieving branch targets

• Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
• Attention to detail
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
• Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport/birth certificate, national insurance, drivers licence check)
