Tenancy Sustainment Officer

Pay Level: 6, £36,508 - £40,958 (fully inclusive of local weighting allowance)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Observatory House/ Slough Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)

DBS requirement: Basic

Our Tenancy Management Team are looking to recruit a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to support people to set up and sustain their tenancy. The role holder will support people to set up and sustain their tenancy, encourage and facilitate residents’ independence, supporting an enhanced quality of life, health, and well‑being, and to assist those with challenging and complex needs with short‑term support plans to help maintain their tenancy.

• 26 days annual leave (not including Bank holidays), rising to 30 days between 2-5 years’ service and 33 days after 5 years’ service.
