Position: Supported Housing Officer
Location: Taplow

Are you an experienced housing professional with a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals to maintain safe, stable tenancies?

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Housing Association seeking a Supported Housing Officer to join their team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents living within supported accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality housing and tenancy management services to residents in supported housing schemes.

* Manage rent accounts and work proactively with customers to sustain successful tenancies.

* Conduct tenancy visits, property inspections, and support plan reviews.

* Build effective relationships with support providers and partner agencies.

* Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns.

* Provide person-centred support to residents with a range of support needs.

* Ensure compliance with housing policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

Essential Requirements

* Previous experience within housing management and/or supported housing services.

* Experience working with vulnerable residents and individuals requiring additional support.

* Strong understanding of tenancy management and resident engagement.

* Excellent communication and case management skills.

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

* Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or issued within the last 12 months.
