Overview
Hands-on finance manager needed to oversee a small finance team. You will be the most senior finance person on site, reporting to the operations controller, and based in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities- Ensure all transactional elements of finance are carried out on time.
- Engage in reconciliations and query resolution.
- Assist with purchase and sales ledger processing.
- Oversee credit control and maintain good financial housekeeping.
- Act as the escalation point for accounts assistants and provide guidance as needed.
- Experience as a finance manager or an assistant accountant ready to step up to a hands-on role.
- Strong people skills and the ability to manage a workload with varied levels of complexity.
- Proficiency in reconciliations, ledgers, and general financial controls.
- Available to work on site five days per week and start as soon as possible.
