We are looking for a reliable and committed Hot Tub Assistant to help maintain our hot tub facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.

About you

You’ll enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining high standards and be committed to delivering excellent service for our Holiday Home Owners, guests and visitors.

You’ll be approachable, professional and dependable, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently whilst also supporting the wider team.

Above all, you’ll care about creating a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for everyone using our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empty, clean and refill hot tubs to company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain correct chemical levels to ensure water safety and hygiene.
  • Carry out routine inspections of hot tubs and surrounding areas.
  • Report maintenance issues, faults or safety concerns promptly.
  • Assist guests with questions and provide guidance on the safe use of hot tub facilities.
  • Follow all cleaning, maintenance and health & safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of chemical testing and maintenance activities where required.
  • Ensure all work areas remain clean, organised and presentable.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Holiday Operations team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Support the team in maintaining the highest standards across all hot tub facilities.
Experience & Qualifications

Essential

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting hot tub covers and carrying out manual cleaning duties.
  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in general DIY or maintenance work.
  • Knowledge of hot tub chemical management and maintenance procedures (training will be provided).
  • Previous experience working within a holiday park, leisure or hospitality environment.
Hours of Work

Flexibility to work weekends and during peak holiday periods is essential. Working days will include Mondays and Fridays with additional days as required.
