Join Our Team as a Fibre Glass Laminator - Trainee / Experienced!
Whether you are skilled or unskilled Laminator , if you have practical skills such as paint spaying, some manufacturing experience we want to to hear from you
Location:Job Type:Full-time
Salary:12.71- 17.17 per hour (dependent on experience)
Working Hours:- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in a thriving company? We are seeking a Trainee or Experienced Fibre Glass Laminator to become part of our clients well‑established and respected team.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and clean moulds
- Prepare chopped strand mat and other reinforcing materials
- Apply gel coat to moulds
- Lay up materials with resin
- Read and interpret drawings and manufacturing specifications
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Capable of adapting to changing work demands
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Own transport due to location
- Manufacturing experience (1 year preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Competitive hourly rate (12.21 - 16.59 based on experience)
- 23 days annual holiday
