Everyday our Team Leaders work hard to make sure their team and customers feel valued, confident and special. As a Team Leader, you play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store.

You will lead by example, motivating and supporting a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.

Pay Rate: £15.78 per hour

• Coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring they are set up for success.
• Motivating the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets – and benefiting from fantastic incentives and prizes to recognise success.
• Supporting the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, prevention of stock loss, and store procedures.
• Stepping in for the Store Manager when absent, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Acting as a key holder, ensuring the store is opened and closed at the correct times.
• Leading by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the team does the same.

• Affinity for upskilling and learning about perfume.
• Flexibility with work patterns.
• Previous experience leading a team, or an experienced sales advisor ready for your next step.

• Regular hours and a rota released at least 4 weeks in advance.
• Commission at Christmas based on store sales and hours worked.
• 30 days holiday (pro rata depending on contract hours).
