Accountant, Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting

RG Consultancy are delighted to be supporting an excellent, established £7mil turnover manufacturer based in Burnley who are looking to add an experienced accounts person to their small, friendly team.

Reporting to and supporting the CEO the Accountant will be vital in ensuring the accounts function runs smoothly and play a key part in helping the business to remain profitable.

Working alongside a team of 2, duties include (but not limited to):

• Producing management accounts
• Month end close
• Management of purchase ledger
• Management of sales ledger
• VAT returns
• Financial reporting
• Liaising with external accountants as required
• Supporting with payroll processing

This Accountant role would be ideal for someone who has experience working within an SME environment and is used to getting hands‑on with the day‑to‑day accounting duties.
