Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration
In this role, you will support a range of key areas including Facilities Management, Site Services, Cleaning Services, and Security Protective Services. You’ll be the friendly and efficient office presence that keeps things running smoothly—handling helpdesk enquiries, managing job requests via email, in person or through our ticketing system, and ensuring urgent tasks are prioritised and passed to the right internal teams or external contractors.
We’relooking for someone who has:
- A good general education (including at least grade C in Maths & English)
- Ideally, a Level 2 qualification in Administration or Business Support
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
